Location: My office is located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. I am available Tuesday through Friday with limited evening appointments.

Free Telephone Consultations
Consultations: I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation for all new clients so that we can get a sense of one another. I believe that finding the right fit is essential for both of us to do the best possible work together.
Individual adult or teen rate: $120 per 55 minute therapy session. Sliding scale available on a case by case basis.
Insurances Accepted: I am in network with Premera and LifeWise. For out of network insurance clients, I am happy to provide detailed receipts which you may submit to your insurance company.
